STARFIX, more than a mere magazine or a brand, has truly become the symbol of an era! It participates in the nostalgia of the 80s, a time when purely entertaining, genre cinema was hardly appreciated but by a handful of diehard fans! STARFIX meant loving and talking about movies in an all-new, pioneering sort of way. It conveyed a sense of discovery, it stood for little-appreciated genre pictures, and films that were ignored then but have since gone on to be recognized as true works of art, thanks to the dedication of this handful of passionate fans.
Just like what METAL HURLANT did for the comics, STARFIX revolutionized the cinematic printed press. So many movie lovers still remember the first copy they ever got of STARFIX!
The years go by but memories remain ... and the current nostalgia trend has blown a strong wind over our society, over fashion, design, and gave birth to the "vintage" trend in which STARFIX now fits to perfection!.

La société COTTON DIVISION, le spécialiste l'univers des Comics, du cinéma et de la Science-Fiction, va lancer la toute première gamme d'objets textiles et de produits dérivés à l'image de STARFIX avec des Tee-shirts, casquettes, bonnets, teddy, sacs à dos, mug...
Les produits mettrons en avant le célèbre logo du magazine, mais aussi, la magnifique Pin-Up dessinée par l'artiste américain William Stout, égérie du magazine depuis son premier numéro en 1983.

C’est avec plaisir que Starfix Productions annonce que STARFIX, la revue culte du cinéma de genre des années 80, revient sous la forme d’un livre intitulé LE CINÉMA DE STARFIX : SOUVENIR DU FUTUR.
Un quart de siècle plus tard, les « Starfixiens » ont eu l’envie de se retrouver pour raconter leur expérience et produire un ouvrage de plus de 300 pages qui propose une sélection d’articles parus dans les trente premiers numéros, et de nouveaux articles signés par l'équipe d'origine.
Le livre est préfacé par Mathieu Kassovitz et l’avant-propos signé du réalisateur américain, William Friedkin.
